For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout this document and any supplementary policies incorporated herein by reference:

To be eligible to open and maintain an Account on won91, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) and are at least 21 years of age.
• You are a resident of Indonesia or are otherwise lawfully permitted under the laws applicable to you to access online gaming platforms of this nature.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You are not accessing the platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, director, or officer of won91, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You are not registered under a self-exclusion or responsible gaming restriction that prohibits your participation on gaming platforms.
• You are acting solely on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.

won91 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and bank statements. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period will result in suspension or closure of the Account.

Each Player may register and maintain one (1) Account only on the won91 platform. The existence of more than one Account per Player — whether opened in the same name, different names, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, mobile number, and a valid email address. You must notify won91 promptly of any changes to this information by contacting support.

Account registration is subject to successful completion of won91's KYC verification process. won91 may, at its discretion, restrict account functionality (including deposits, withdrawals, and wager placement) until KYC is satisfactorily completed. The following documents are typically required:

• Identity verification: National Identity Card (KTP), passport, or driving licence.
• Proof of address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or other official document issued within the past three months showing your name and Indonesian residential address.

won91 reserves the right to decline any registration application without being obliged to provide a reason for that decision.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. won91 will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. Any communication purporting to request your password should be treated as a phishing attempt and reported to support immediately.

• You must not share your Account credentials with any other person.
• You must not allow any other person to access or use your Account, whether or not that person is a family member.
• You must notify won91 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your Account.
• won91 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account for enhanced security.

won91 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials. Any Wager placed through your Account — whether or not authorised by you — will be treated as valid unless you have previously notified won91 of a security breach and we have had a reasonable opportunity to act on that notification.

All deposits on won91 are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). won91 supports the following deposit channels:

• Bank transfers: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata.
• E-wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment channel and are displayed at the point of transaction within your Account. All funds deposited must originate from a payment source registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

Deposits are typically credited to your Account Balance within minutes of successful payment confirmation. won91 is not responsible for delays caused by your bank or payment provider. If a deposit does not appear within 30 minutes, please contact support with your transaction reference number.

Withdrawal requests may be submitted by Players whose Accounts have successfully completed KYC verification and who have met any applicable wagering requirements on Bonus Funds. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, wherever technically possible, to comply with anti-money-laundering obligations.

Processing windows for standard withdrawal requests are as follows:

• Bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, and others): Typically processed within 5–60 minutes for verified accounts, between 08:00–22:00 WIB, seven days a week.
• E-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja): Typically credited within 5–30 minutes during the same operating window.

won91 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing a withdrawal if the request triggers won91's internal risk or AML thresholds. In such cases, the Player will be notified and given a reasonable opportunity to provide the required documentation.

won91 does not charge withdrawal fees. Minimum withdrawal amounts are displayed within your Account at the point of request and may vary by payment channel.

won91 offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any offer-specific terms disclosed at the time of promotion:

• Bonuses are available to Players who have completed KYC verification and are in good standing under these Terms & Conditions.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per Player, per household, per device, and per payment method, unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonus Funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement is stated clearly on each promotion page.

• Bonuses have a validity period after which unused Bonus Funds and associated winnings will be forfeited. The validity period is stated at the time the bonus is issued.

All games available on the won91 platform — including but not limited to live baccarat, roulette, blackjack, online poker, bola tangkas (Indonesia's traditional card game), sportsbook markets (covering BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, and Timnas Indonesia fixtures), and slot titles — are governed by their respective individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface.

By placing a Wager, you acknowledge that:

• You have reviewed and understood the applicable game rules prior to wagering.
• All Wagers placed are final once confirmed by the system. Wagers cannot be cancelled or amended after confirmation.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the won91 platform:

• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false registration information, impersonating another person, or using fraudulent payment credentials.
• Money laundering: Using the won91 platform to deposit, cycle, and withdraw funds for any purpose other than genuine gaming activity.
• Bonus abuse: Systematic exploitation of bonus offers through matched betting, arbitrage across accounts, or any other strategy designed to extract value from promotions without genuine gameplay risk.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly in poker or tournament formats.
• Use of automated tools: Deploying bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any form of automated betting software without won91's prior written consent.
• Chargebacks: Initiating fraudulent payment chargebacks or disputes with your bank or payment provider after wagering deposited funds.
• Exploitation of errors: Taking advantage of pricing errors, technical glitches, or software bugs to place Wagers at incorrect odds or stakes.
• Underage gaming: Knowingly allowing a person under the age of 21 to access or use your Account.

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total amount you may deposit. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Session time reminders: Configure notifications to alert you after a set period of continuous play.
• Cool-off periods: Temporarily suspend your Account for periods ranging from 24 hours to six weeks. The Account cannot be reactivated before the period expires.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits won91's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

won91 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering on the platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

In summary, won91 collects personal data for the purposes of account management, KYC verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, responsible gaming compliance, and the delivery of personalised promotions (where you have not opted out). won91 does not sell your personal data to third parties.

won91 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time.
